Jyotish Daily Horoscope

1   What the service is

Jyotish Daily Horoscope delivers personalised Vedic astrology readings to your WhatsApp number every morning at 7:00 AM IST. Each reading is generated in two steps:

• Layer 1 — Deterministic engine: Your natal chart, Vimshottari Dasha period, planetary transits, and daily Panchang are computed using the Swiss Ephemeris with Lahiri Ayanamsha (the standard for Vedic astrology).
• Layer 2 — AI interpretation: The computed astrological data is passed to Claude (Anthropic's AI) to generate warm, personalised commentary across four categories: day summary, work & career, relationships & life, and health.

2   AI interpretation — important disclaimer

The AI-generated interpretations are produced by a language model trained on general knowledge. While the underlying astrological calculations are deterministic and based on your birth chart, the interpretive commentary:

• May not always be accurate, complete, or applicable to your specific circumstances
• Should not be used as the sole basis for any significant life decision
• Does not constitute professional advice of any kind
• Is generated afresh each day and may vary in tone and depth

By subscribing, you acknowledge that you use the readings at your own discretion and that Jyotish Daily Horoscope bears no liability for decisions made based on the content delivered.

3   Subscription plans and pricing

Your subscription grants you access to daily horoscope readings delivered via WhatsApp for the duration of your active subscription period. Readings are delivered once daily at approximately 7:00 AM IST.

Free Trial

New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial with no payment required. Each WhatsApp number is eligible for one free trial. At the end of the trial, you will be offered the option to continue with a paid plan.

Paid Plans

After the free trial, the following plans are available. Pricing is determined by the country code of your registered WhatsApp number:

Your currency is determined by the country code of your WhatsApp number at the time of payment (+971 → AED, +91 → INR, all others → USD).

We reserve the right to modify pricing with at least 7 days' notice via WhatsApp. Changes do not affect your current active paid period.

4   Your responsibilities

• You must provide accurate birth details (date, time, and city of birth). Inaccurate data will result in incorrect chart calculations and readings.
• You must be 18 years of age or older to use this service.
• You are responsible for maintaining access to the WhatsApp number you registered with.
• You must not attempt to misuse, reverse-engineer, or circumvent the service in any way.

5   Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Share, resell, or redistribute horoscope content delivered to you without permission
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service or its infrastructure
• Send abusive, threatening, or spam messages to the WhatsApp bot

6   Cancellation and unsubscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time by sending STOP to the WhatsApp bot. This will immediately stop future deliveries. No further action is required.

7   Refund policy

Free Trial

The free 7-day trial involves no payment, so no refund is applicable.

Paid Subscriptions

Payments are processed via Stripe. Due to the digital nature of the service — where the full value (access to daily readings) is delivered from the first day — subscriptions are generally non-refundable once the first reading has been delivered.

However, we will provide a full refund in the following circumstances:

• You request a refund within 24 hours of payment and have not yet received any reading for that subscription period.
• We fail to deliver readings for 3 or more consecutive days during your paid period due to a fault on our end (not a WhatsApp or Meta outage).
• You were charged in error (duplicate payment, incorrect amount).

To request a refund, email contactvix@gmail.com with your WhatsApp number and payment reference. We will process eligible refunds within 7 business days.

8   Service availability

We aim to deliver readings every day without interruption. The service may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, third-party outages (WhatsApp, Meta, AI provider), or circumstances beyond our control. In cases of extended outage caused by our infrastructure, we will extend your subscription by the number of missed days or offer a refund at our discretion.

9   Intellectual property

All horoscope content delivered to you is generated specifically for your personal use. You may not reproduce, publish, or distribute it commercially. The underlying astrology engine, software, and system design are proprietary to Jyotish Daily Horoscope.

10   Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Jyotish Daily Horoscope and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the service or the content delivered through it.

Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the current subscription period.

11   Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India. If you are a resident of another country, local consumer protection laws may also apply.

12   Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify active subscribers via WhatsApp at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
